Sampling and Testing – How It Works

1 Order a test online, and a Drinking Water Collection Kit will be shipped to you.

2 Before you begin collecting your water samples, review the instructions included in your kit.

3 Collect your samples, then place the bottles on ice in the cooler we provided. Please complete the Residential Information Form.

4 Drop off your water the same day you collect it to one of our H2O Customer Service locations.

5 You’ll then receive by email your final H20 Water Analysis Report, within the time frame indicated on the test you ordered.

In-Home Collection Service: An H2O Customer Services member will come to your location to collect the drinking water samples. ($150 additional fee)

Preferred Vendors for Treatment: If your report recommends that your drinking water be treated, York Analytical can provide a list of qualified water treatment professionals in your area.
